The Barn House S+ Superb single-story house project features large glazing in the living room, a very comfortable kitchen with a pantry, and four bedrooms. This project is designed for those who value a thoughtful, intuitive functional layout, allowing you to admire the surrounding nature through expansive windows.
The house is designed in a T-shape. The entrance area includes a spacious vestibule connected to a wardrobe and a very convenient garage, which has a large nook for storing bicycles or a home workshop. The garage is additionally connected to a technical room. The house is clearly divided into two wings: one is the day zone, featuring a comfortable, glass-enclosed living room and a spacious kitchen connected to the dining area. There is also an ideal office space with a guest WC nearby. This area opens up to a partially covered terrace.
The second wing of the building is the private zone of the house, consisting of two identical-sized children’s rooms, a master bedroom with a beautiful glass corner, a wardrobe, and the largest bathroom in the house, which also includes a sauna. This section of the house features a shared bathroom and a convenient laundry room.

The main circulation corridor is in the shape of an L, running along the entire building and connecting various functions. Directly adjacent to the garden area is the living room with a dining area and kitchen, open to the relaxation part of the plot. The most important factor in choosing between the two is the direction of the world from which the entrance is located. This determines which version of the plan will fit the most for your plot.
In the ‘Plot’ section of the product page, we provide a detailed description of our recommended entrance location. Take a look at this information and choose the variant that best suits your plot.
In addition to the option to change the building technology and construction, described in the “Construction Options” tab for each project, it is also possible to introduce additional modifications. We handle both minor changes and more advanced ones, such as modifing the layout of rooms in the house or changing the appearance of the facade.
