From the vestibule, we enter the living area of the house with a comfortable living room and kitchen. There is a pantry located near the kitchen. In the second part of the house, there are two rooms and the main bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom. The house has two bathrooms, one of which is a private bathroom dedicated to the main bedroom, but it can be converted into a shared bathroom. The utility room is designed to accommodate all necessary appliances, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The living room and all the rooms have access to the terrace and garden. The living room is also open to the full height, up to the roof structure. In the living room, there is a possibility to install representative stairs in case of adapting the attic.

It doesn’t require a very large plot of land, especially since there is the option to forgo the garage, change its dimensions, or relocate it. The most important factor in choosing between the two is the direction of the world from which the entrance is located. This determines which version of the plan will fit the most for your plot.
In the ‘Plot’ section of the product page, we provide a detailed description of our recommended entrance location. Take a look at this information and choose the variant that best suits your plot.
In addition to the option to change the building technology and construction, described in the “Construction Options” tab for each project, it is also possible to introduce additional modifications. We handle both minor changes and more advanced ones, such as modifing the layout of rooms in the house or changing the appearance of the facade.

Świetny, kompaktowy projekt, moim skromnym zdaniem idealny metraż i wielkość dla rodziny 2+2. Wysoki salon to coś co daje mega poczucie przestrzeni. Unikalny w swej prostocie, na ulicy szczególnie się wyróżnia na tle innych domów. Bardzo polecam, pracownię zawsze służą dobra poradą.
