The building features a simple, clear functional layout. In the entrance area, a convenient vestibule is connected to the garage. The garage is enlarged compared to the base project. On the ground floor of the building, in the western part, there is a sleeping area with a bathroom and stairs to the attic, under which a convenient wardrobe is located. On the south-eastern side, the kitchen and dining area are located, connected to the living room, all opening onto the garden – the southern part of the plot through large, sliding glass panels. Additionally, the living room is open to full height, up to the roof structure. On the attic floor, there are two rooms and a bathroom. The attic area has very large possibilities for arrangement and division (e.g., by reducing the raised area of the living room to create an additional room in the attic).

The legendary, first, model modern barn house with an entrance from the south. This barn is a great solution in terms of construction cost compared to the space and what we get in return. The open living space with large windows makes a big impression. Because there are no rooms above the living space, it opens up to the roof truss, providing a spacious feel in the house. However, if more space is needed, it’s easy to adapt additional rooms upstairs. A glass-sided corridor leads to the living area, offering guests a view of the garden as soon as they leave the vestibule. The barn house has also been featured in several film productions, including for Canal+ and TV WP. We could talk about this barn for hours – after all, we live in it ourselves!

The building’s facade is modern and minimalist, with a natural tone – white combined with warm, natural wood. There is an option to tailor the materials to match the local context. Urbanistically, the building fits well on a plot with access from the west or east, with the option for a mirrored layout.

The most important factor in choosing between the two is the direction of the world from which the entrance is located. This determines which version of the plan will fit the most for your plot.
In the ‘Plot’ section of the product page, we provide a detailed description of our recommended entrance location. Take a look at this information and choose the variant that best suits your plot.
In addition to the option to change the building technology and construction, described in the “Construction Options” tab for each project, it is also possible to introduce additional modifications. We handle both minor changes and more advanced ones, such as modifing the layout of rooms in the house or changing the appearance of the facade.
