In the entrance area, a comfortable vestibule is connected to the garage. On the ground floor, in the part facing the entrance, an additional room or home office and stairs to the usable attic are located. Passing through the vestibule, through the hallway where there is a pantry, utility room, and a bathroom. On the garden side, there is a large open-plan living room with a dining area and kitchen. In addition to the option to change the building technology and construction, described in the “Construction Options” tab for each project, it is also possible to introduce additional modifications.
