Completed Barn House Double is design according to the Barn House Double Project. This is a relatively new design for a bungalow that has garnered significant interest.
The building shown in the photos is being constructed adjacent to our office, very close to Wrocław. During the purchasing stage, we made individual modifications to the project:
- The connector between the buildings was widened by 2 meters.
- The pantry and boiler room were removed from the garage, relocating the technical room and pantry to the connector.
- The layout of the partition walls in the rooms and bathrooms was changed according to the sketch (new rooms, new windows).
- A wooden roof was designed for the connector instead of a concrete ceiling.
- The left part of the building was shifted to align with the garage line.
After these modifications, the building, including the garage, has a total area of 231.60 m²
