House with a covered terrace: Barn House S+mirrored plan with modifications. The main changes to the original project are:

  • Addition of a triangular window in the gable wall with the same width as the window at the bottom (no eaves on the side).
  • Addition of a terrace roof on the side of the building, visually extending the eaves.
  • Relocation of the stairs to be behind the TV wall.
  • Replacement of the ceiling with Teriva.
  • Change of heat source to a gas boiler.
  • Introduction of a corner window in the kitchen.
  • Addition of a terrace on the garage roof (without changing the load) with access via external system stairs and the addition of railings.
  • Change of exterior materials to concrete panels (as in the Barn House S+ Premium project).
