The Barn House M-L mirrored plan with modifications features some exciting layout changes on the ground floor, including:

  • Enlarging the living area by reducing the size of the master bedroom, removing the ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. This adjustment allowed for the creation of a smaller room or office.
  • Expanding the guest WC to include a shower.

The layout on the upper floor has also been modified. Two large children’s bedrooms are now situated at the front of the building, with the main bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a large laundry room on the opposite side. Despite these changes, the overall usable floor area remains similar to the standard Barn House M-L.
